Ten of Four

cardinal corners,

these patterns of droplets

on the circumference

of bare glass,

where eden exists

as vision that persists

inside the avoidance

of our reality.

.

strife-life,

self-created cells related

in the poisoned stream,

with propensity to see

and dream

a new reality,

the persistent ache

of this desire to make

tangible

the invisible.

.

to heal world-injury,

part the inner sea

and seek the canopy,

where light cannot lie

and life’s effervescence

seethes deep beneath

the conscious stream.
