Majuscula

i wriggle unelegantly

beneath the mystery

a life force melody

as i bleed cirrus

through my teeth

pearly white whittling

.

the pull of a dull blade

across the concave

curve and curl hollowing

a velvet mouth

shavings twirling

on denuded silken hips

where foliage breathes

a musk moisture

.

and i lap the silence

that beads

from the browed mist

mindful of a scrap of blue

i am the shadow whisp

of a condensing grace note

suspended from the meniscus

of the still pool

.
