Glacial Moraine

we tighten the crampons

prepared to walk on

stretching beyond

jagged blue incisors

and grinning crags

while the gnawing jaw

of these steel claws

tramp illusions

casting them

to the horizon’s

fading frown

snowbound entrancement

measured moments

frozen in the aching span

of our fingertips

the depth of our footprints

and the hushed powdered hum

of souls

becoming one

    1. Thank you, Candice. I am working on a small poetry book. It is a work in progress and it is taking a while. I wanted to ask you if you would consider writing a brief foreword when it is done. You hear me through the lines so well. I have to redo my Amazon page and then I will post a review for you too. Your book three was impactful.

      1. I would be honored to write a foreword. If you give me an idea of length and the direction you wish me to take I will be delighted. I would need to get a digital copy of the book when you’re happy with it, so I can read through and then maybe some biographical information that you feel would help – I usually think it does as it makes you more ‘real’ and readers like that. Please don’t forget to ask me – it’s a deal and being able to encourage you and your work is exciting for me because you’re one of the rare children of light as far as your writing goes.
