Fundamental Forces

i trim the past’s frayed ends

thread the needle life sends

aching slit and knotted ends

a sum of promise truth portends

the ebb and flow seep of soul

your sure hands soothe and mend

  1. Love the analogy Maria. Life sure does deal us some things, and leaves us with frayed ends. Finding the poer a d ability to me d them again is so difficult at times, but threading a needle and sewing is so relaxing and healing. Beautiful poem Maria and I hope I have understood it correctly
