Pawpaw Patch

The sleeping gear is washed and dried, backpack stowed away, and my boots closeted for another day. Yesterday a crew of students broke down the 50 tents and cleaned the fields.

They learned that many hands make lighter work, and more opportunities to play.

I enjoyed an edible foray, never having seen a Pawpaw before.

Staying open to what life has to bring is a beautiful thing.

“Child, child love while you can, the heart, and the eyes, and the soul of a man. Never fear for the thing you feel. Only through love is life made real.”
